I’m only rating it on comfort and ease of putting it on right now, as I’ve only been using it for a week.The material is very soft. I was concerned about that with it being silicone, but it feels great against my skin.It looks a little complicated to apply, but if you follow the instructions, you’ll see how easy it actually is.There are two sets of straps to hold it in place. One for the top of the head, one behind the head. They are attached with sturdy Velcro, and are easily adjustable to your comfort level.The strap comes with very detailed instructions on how to get the most from using it. It clearly states not to dive in and wear it tight for long periods right off the bat, but to work up to longer, more snug wear.I think it will give a good temporary lift once I work up to regular wear.

Comes in well packaged box. It takes a little bit of effort to get it in place and they might want to consider that all women are NOT pixie thin and have small heads. I’m 5’10” my head is not small.I wore it for an hour after getting my hair stuck in the Velcro straps. Ouch.I honestly will say my face looked slightly different already. This will be night 2. Feel confident I will see more results. Just wish these were sized s m l xl

Arrived on time and well packed. Really the waves emitted by the device are strong! You can feel him moving his facial muscles. Gives a slight feeling of shock. Depending on the intensity of the device, the sensation may be painful but it is possible to adjust the intensity. I believe that with the time of use it works. The device after 15 minutes of massage, turn off on its own. There is a tingling sensation during and at the end of use. I felt that it relaxed the tension of the muscles of the face a little. Satisfied with the product.
